- Selection of finger sandwiches: Smoked salmon, black pepper cream cheese, cucumber; Free range egg, chive and spring onion mayonnaise; Smoked ham hock, celeriac and apple slaw, whole grain mustard; Mature cheddar, red onion jam, wild rocket

- Warm scones, vanilla mascarpone, strawberry jam
