Ben Sulston started his Supper Clubs back in 2018 at Sulston’s Kitchen. The idea was, and still is, to bring like minded people together through the love of food.
Ben loves talking to everyone about the dishes he has created and the techniques used to prepare the dish, so you will see him on the night talking through each course.
THE MENU
- A selection of BBQ treats to enjoy on arrival
- Grain culture sourdough and whipped butter
- Confit salmon, BBQ celeriac and fennel
- Willow Grange grass fed beef cooked over fire, pumpkin, green beans and potato terrine
- Aromatic BBQ plums, almonds, vanilla and brioche
A selection of cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks will be available to purchase on the evening.
