Conscious Connected Breathwork is a technique that allows us to bypass our busy everyday thinking minds – something that many of us can not do easily – and access a deeper version of ourselves so we can really tap into our body and mind. It allows for transformation and for healing. Join eMotionFit for a sunset breathwork session in the Paddock.
Preparation for the session:
*Avoid eating 1-2 hours before the session.
*Wear comfortable, warm clothing, plenty of layers as we will be outdoors (onesies, trackies and PJ’s are always welcome).
*Bring an exercise mat, blanket, pillow/cushion and eye mask. You may also want to consider an extra cushion to support your knees. Oh and maybe some tissues
*Arrive 10-15 minutes before your session.
*Entry will not be allowed once the session has started.
*The session will last around 1.5 hours.
If the weather is not on our side, we are lucky enough to have an indoor alternative that is also stunning, so the event will still go ahead.
