We would love to welcome you and your partner into our home to celebrate your marriage on our farm.
We believe that everyone should be able to create the wedding of their dreams and so we have created a couple of flexible packages to allow you to do just that.
Willow Grange Farm is a DIY venue providing you with a blank canvas space to create the wedding of your dreams, be it festival themed, relaxed and outdoors, rustic elegance.

Outskirts of the Fens

The farm is situated on the outskirts of The Fens, just 10 minutes from the historic cathedral city of Ely and 20 minutes from Cambridge.
We offer a limited number of weddings each year between May and August. As a blank canvas venue you have the freedom to bring in your choice of suppliers (though we can definitely provide some recommendations!) and to choose the style and size of the marquee that best reflects your vision.
Your booking includes exclusive use of the wedding pasture from Thursday – Sunday, power, water, parking and space for camping. We are licensed for outdoor ceremonies under our oak pagoda or you can choose a celebrant-led ceremony.
With breath-taking views across the fens, this is the perfect spot for your drinks reception, outdoor games, or cosy catch ups around the fire pit. The farm also boasts several charming rustic barns that serve as a stunning backdrop for your wedding photos.

Your questions
Our beautiful Oak Pagoda is licensed for outdoor ceremonies. You are also welcome to host humanist or celebrant led ceremonies in the wedding pasture and we can recommend some fabulous celebrants to create a tailored ceremony to you and your partners love story.
Yes of course, we love showing couples around the farm. You can book here.
Yes! We are a blank canvas, DIY venue, so you will need to bring in all of your own suppliers from the marquee to the caterers and bar. We have a list of suppliers that we have worked with before that we highly recommend as they are brilliant at what they do, but you can use any suppliers you like!
Yes, as it is a private farm you can leave your cars in the car park overnight and collect them by 11am the next day at own risk.
Yes, we don’t charge corkage so you are welcome to provide the booze all day and all night.
Please note that guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol.
We can provide you with a recommended suppliers list including bands, DJ’s, florists, etc. Click here to see Supplier Recommendations.
On Saturdays live music (bands) must finish by 11pm, playlists and DJ’s can continue until 11:45pm. with any other music finishing by midnight. The bar must close at 11.30pm, and all guests who are not staying overnight must depart by midnight.
Yes, we have a noise limit of 95DB in the wedding pasture.
As a DIY venue, we will be available to help you with any venue logistics in the lead-up to your wedding day, but it is your responsibility to run everything on the day itself, including greeting the registrars. We highly recommend that you hire a wedding planner/coordinator to ensure your day goes smoothly and leave you free to enjoy being newlyweds!
